Rental Period: - Booking times are final; additional hours are $250/hour. - No refunds for shorter durations. - Access is granted 30 minutes before and after the booking. Early drop-offs are subject to availability—Rustic Reel cannot guarantee storage as it operates a full restaurant and brewery. Contact the Events Coordinator for specific needs. Charges & Fees: - Room rentals are subject to GST. - 20% auto-gratuity applies to all food and drink. - Statutory holiday events incur a $1200 surcharge. Venue Rules & Regulations: - No outside alcohol permitted; all alcohol must be purchased and served by Rustic Reel. - Rustic Reel reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. - Shots are not served. - Outside food is not permitted; with the exception for specialty cakes sourced from a licensed commercial kitchen. - Group size must comply with the agreement; extra guests will be asked to leave if capacity is exceeded. - Inappropriate behaviour, including disrespect, verbal abuse, and the use of vulgar language, will not be tolerated. Guests engaging in such actions will be asked to leave immediately, and refunds will not be issued. Security Deposit: A 50% venue rental fee secures the date. Bookings are not confirmed without a signed contract and deposit. Cancellation Policy: - Deposits are non-refundable. - If the event needs to be cancelled, there will be an opportunity to reschedule at a later date without any additional cost.
