Package 3: Private Arcade Perfect for smaller groups looking to enjoy served canapés and/or stationed snacks while enjoying our classic arcade games! This space does have limited seating, so it is best suited for standing receptions and those wanting to mingle. The arcade machines operate using quarters and loonies. This cost is not included in the rental of the space, but coin rolls are available to be purchased and added to the final bill. Package 1: Semi-Private – “The Dining Room” For semi-private space, we use our original dining room. Walk up the grand staircase (an elevator is also accessible) and find our beautiful 18ft custom-built community table under a large vaulted skylight. In addition to the long table, there are several booths, tables, and a cozy lounge area, altogether comprising seating for up to 50 guests. This space also includes private, non-gendered restrooms, and is the best option for a more intimate, seated dinner. Rental of this space does not include access to the bowling lanes, bocce courts, arcade alley, or the airstream “trailer park".

Package 6: Semi-Private – “The Trailer Park” This trailer park has everything you need for a good time, including a private indoor bocce court and our converted Airstream trailer, which now serves as a fully functioning bar! An array of seating should ensure everyone can find a comfy place to be, with ample room for mixin’ and minglin’ too. Package 2: Partial Private 2 nd Floor Guests have the option to reserve (almost) the entire second floor! Your group will have access to the original dining room, the airstream “trailer park,” and the bocce lanes. This space works wonderfully for large groups who prefer to mingle amongst each other and enjoy both the open space and some seating selections. It’s the ultimate socializing venue. Rental of this space does not include the bowling lanes or arcade alley; guests of those spaces will be sharing the restrooms with your group. Package 5: Expansion Side Buyout This package includes the entire space added during our 2017 expansion. A range of seating comprises cocktail-height tables and stools, picnic tables, couches, and even vintage school bleachers. You also get exclusive access to all six lanes of bowling, arcade alley, and the bocce court, plus the repurposed Airstream trailer bar will cater only to your guests. Plenty of room for dinner and group activities!

Package 4: Upstairs Buyout Ideal for large groups looking for a variety of activities, seating areas, and food & beverage options. A buyout entails the rental of the entire second floor – just for your party! Bowling lanes, bocce court, and arcade alley. Dining tables, high-tops, and space for mingling. Buffet, canapés, or platters. It’s all available to you in this unique space that’s sure to wow your guests. Private restrooms (gendered and non-gendered), access via stairs or elevator, and the airstream bar all to yourselves!
