At the Cottage Charm we strive to personalize your event. For weddings (and other events over 40 guests) we can create a customized package to include anything you need from caters, music, additional lighting, photobooths...you name it we will make a package that works best for your needs.
We also offer our venue on a by hour rate. $350 per hour on Saturdays ($300 Sunday thru Monday). This is a min. 3 hour rental and includes for no additional charge: Access to the entire property which includes The Romack House, Gazebo, Commercial Kitchen, and Covered Tent area as well as the Bridal/getting ready suite, 2 hours for set up, 1 hour break down, tables, chairs, white linens and up to staff members to help with you during your event.
Terms and Conditions
To reserve your date we ask for a $500 nonrefundable Zelle deposit.
We also have a one time $150 cleaning fee.
