Included With Rental: • Six hours of event time for ceremony, cocktail, and reception • Three hours of set up time and one hour of break down time • Early access to the Bridal Suite beginning at 10 am • Outdoor patio for cocktail use • Vintage string lighting (indoor and outdoor) • Indoor venue space for reception and cocktail • Use of bars indoor and outdoor • Two 18 foot custom wooden farm tables • “X” back wooden chairs for reception (indoor use only) • White garden chairs for ceremony (indoor and outdoor use) • 72” round tables, barrels, and various other tables available for use* • Venue lighting adjusted throughout the evening • Custom stage for bands to play on • Premium indoor/outdoor sound system (including two wireless microphones) • Antique timber-frame arbor • Up to four hours of engagement/bridal portrait session prior to the wedding date** • Set up and break down of venue furniture • Security officers for day of wedding • Day of Coordination Package Booking To reserve Beckendorff Farms for your event a 25% deposit is required to hold your date the full balance will be due 180 days before the event. A Security Deposit of $1,000 (payable by cash or check is required for all events and is 30 days prior to the event date. If you would like to extend your event time beyond the six allotted hours, the additional venue rental fee is $1,000 per hour due 30 days before your event date. Vendors All vendors must be industry professionals, with the proper license and insurance for their specialty. We ask that your vendor's list must be submitted to Beckendorff Farms coordinator before your thirty-day planning meeting. Insurance The client is liable for any damages to Beckendorff Farms, its grounds equipment, and facilities, during the contracted rental period.Couples are required to obtain event insurance for no less than $1000,000 in liability, listing Beckendorff Farms as additionally insured. Parking and Transportation Beckendorff Farms has ample parking for guest and vendors during event hours. No vehicles may be left in the parking lot overnight.
