All Rental Fees include up to two hours of set-up, five hours of event, and one hour of teardown. Rental fees include all in-house tables and chairs pending space configuration and capacity. Housekeeping, set-up of in-house furniture and fire pits, in-house AV system and screens, WIFI and High Speed Internet are included in Rental Fees. Additional event hours may be added for an additional fee.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date.
