Located on the middle level, The Levee’s Back Room is perfectly situated just steps away from the live music on the main floor, and the upstairs sports bar. In addition to the interior space, the Back Room includes a large patio area that is particularly popular in season. The space features a fully stocked, full service bar staffed by one of our professional bartenders, as well as a 50” HDTV, and sound system with Ipod/MP3 jack. Inside there’s seating for 50 people (80 max), and the patio seats 30 people (60 max). A portion of the nearly 20’ long bar can be used as a buffet area while still providing ample space for filling your guests beverage orders.

Located next to The Levee in a century old home, The Carriage House is our premier private event space. Originally built by prominent land owner Hugh Ward around 1899, the building was originally used to house those who worked in Ward’s stables that were located just north of the property. Inside there’s seating for sixty (100 max), as well as a large, secluded outdoor patio that can hold another seventy-five people. Add it all up and you’ll find that the space can accommodate events of up to 150 people, in season. The room features a fully stocked, full-service bar staffed by one of our professional bartenders, flat-screen HDTV, sound system with IPOD/MP3 jack, buffet area, separate entrance, and two private restrooms
