The Cable Event Center would be the perfect place for your special event. We believe you will find that Cable Event Center will provide all of the necessary facility related needs for your special day. We are able to host your event guests with ease. We also provide diverse layouts for company events, meetings, employee parties and/or fund raisers to include provided audio sound and video set up to best accommodate. Saturday venue fee is $4,200 and the Friday and Sunday fee is $3,000 which includes the use of the 5,000 square feet event space, also the use of the tables and chairs, our bridal suite preparation and changing room, access to the bar facilities, spacious restrooms and ample lighted parking for up to 200 cars. We have a great patio to allow guests to step outside. Our facility is handicap accessible and conveniently located on Burlington Street a mere 5 minutes from downtown Kansas City Missouri. Ask about our Monday - Thursday hourly rental special. Rather than promoting all-inclusive packages because not all brides desire the same experience we connect you to the supporting vendors (caterer, photographer and such) you can work directly with the service professionals and not incur price mark ups and they will offer you the very best of what is available in the industry. We are confident that a marvelous event can be provided within your budget. We would be happy to tour the space with you when you are ready so you can see the amenities included and offered. We welcome your licensed vendors to support your special day should you have providers already selected. We do have party planning services available should you require the service.
