The Alexander Majors Barn accommodates 150-175 guests seated, dependent upon setup. The barn is 2,592 sq. ft. with a loft in the upper east half of the structure. Larger events can be accommodated with use of outdoor space. Saturday Rates are for a 10-hour continuous rental period. Optional Add-on Fees: Security fee (required if alcohol is served)*: $130.00 Additional weekend hours: $80.00/hour Majors House portrait session: $100.00/hour Majors House museum tours: $50.00/hour *We will provide the security officer, who will be present for the last 3 hours of your event if alcohol is served. In addition, all alcohol must be served by a bartender licensed in the State of Missouri. Please note the Barn is not available for rentals on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
