A Special Occasion is the brainchild of talented and educated women living in Kansas City, Missouri. Each of us had been planning events separately developing over 25 years of experience collectively. We each had a dream of being a planner with such style and professionalism that we would be able to make anyone’s vision become a reality right before their eyes. Neither of us knew it at the time but when the dream was born we each would be just what the other needed.
