Terms and Conditions

All booking requests are consider pending request until security deposits are paid we do not require a payment until 3 weeks before your scheduled event but do encourage all clients to pay deposit as soon as possible as all bookings are first come first serve if a deposit is paid before your initial 3 weeks by another client requesting same date as yours we have to honor the first come first serve policy, all events require a 50% security deposit of your total cost for your event , once security deposit is received your date and time is secure no one else will be able to book your requested time and date , please keep in mind all security deposits are non-refundable once received after 24 hours of payment why? because custom ordering for your event has began after 24 hours and processing have began for your event , we do require all remaining balances are paid 1 week before your scheduled event , please keep in mind your more than welcome to cancel your event anytime with the knowledge of a non-refundable security deposit , if balance is paid 1 week in advance and you cancel your event 5 days prior to your event you'll only receive half of your remaining balance back with a understanding of a non full payment refund will not be giving as labor fee's and my time will still be charge as NVME prepares for your event within that week before hand to insure a successful event
