The primary event area - the Meadow - boasts a circular grassy layout that can accommodate up to 200 guests. There are 11 campgrounds with water and power hookups, perfect for tent or RV camping. When you book with Banner Ranch, you will be assigned an on-site event coordinator who will make sure your production runs as smoothly as possible.

Rental Cost; Deposit; Payment Schedule; Security Deposit; and Cancellation.
The cost for use of the EVENT SITE on the EVENT DATE for the Event (“RENTAL COST”) is_____________________.
A deposit equal to fifty (50) percent of the RENTAL COST is required at time this Agreement is executed. The balance of the RENTAL COST is due and payable in full three (3) days prior to the EVENT DATE.
In addition to the RENTAL COST, a security deposit in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($200.00) per Event/day is required at the time this Agreement is executed. For example, if a particular event begins on the afternoon of December 31, but ends after midnight on January 1, a security deposit of $400.00 will be required.
All payments can be made to Jon Block via Venmo, or by ordinary business check made payable to____________. Payments by credit card are also accepted; however, a three (3) percent processing fee will be applied and charged to any payment made by credit card.
A “booking” has not occurred unless and until all parties have signed this Agreement, and CLIENT has paid in full both the RENTAL COST deposit and the full amount of the security deposit.
If a “booked” Event is cancelled by the CLIENT for any reason, the following cancellation schedule will apply:
(1) if cancellation occurs more than forty-five (45) days prior to the EVENT DATE, CLIENT will receive a full refund of any amounts paid;
(2) if cancellation occurs between forty-five (45) and fifteen (15) days prior to the EVENT DATE, then CLIENT will receive a refund of fifty (50) percent of any amounts paid;
(3) if cancellation occurs less than fifteen (15) days prior to the EVENT DATE, CLIENT will receive no refund of any amounts paid and, in addition, will be responsible and/or liable for paying the balance of the RENTAL COST. If, however, THB-J is willing and able, at its sole discretion, to secure a replacement booking for the same EVENT SITE and EVENT DATE, then CLIENT will receive a refund of fifty (50) percent of any amounts paid.
(4) if CLIENT fails to pay the balance of the RENTAL COST in full within the time specified in this Agreement, CLIENT will receive no refund of any amounts paid and, in addition, will be responsible and/or liable for paying the balance of the RENTAL COST.
If a “booked” Event is cancelled by THB-J, CLIENT will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
