Do you have a Family member or friend helping coordinate your wedding? For Weddings like this we offer a few packages that includes us overseeing that the bookings you had made were finalized, double checking vendor arrivals and typical missed questions for items needed (ice, cups, servers etc). We will write all of your vendor information on an excel sheet, and then go over your timeline for your day, with pro tips on how to run rehearsal and how to organize your order of events. This package does not include us being onsite that day, but does ensure that professional eyes and questions have looked through your day and double checked often missed items. We offer a few packages to a one time meet, 5 time meet and unlimited meetings before your wedding at different rates!
This includes setting up your decor! Tablecloths, center pieces, runners, napkins, head table, cake table decor, arbor decor. We would have one meeting 30 days prior to your event that goes over each part of the decor set up, and reference pictures we can create together for table decor. We would arrive at the time your venue is available for set up and check in before leaving. Call *NOT DISPLAYED* for information!

You can put in your inquiry so we can see if our date is available and have it on our calendar to connect with you if the date gets booked, or if we can proceed with payments
With a minimum of $1600 planning fee we can plan your private party event from start to finish with a 15% planning fee. We can also assist with set up/tear down/onsite coordination and timeline creation at 25/hour per person. When choosing this package we will book your vendors, organize their arrivals and pay for everything that way you only need to pay one fee. We request a 50% deposit down once we have arrived at the perfect proposal of vendors you need and the rest amount due the week of your event!
