Tipton-Haynes offers 17 acres of historic farm land with great views and structures to make and event feel rustic and set back in time. With eleven historic buildings around the grounds wedding ceremonies, meetings, or groups have a pick of location as every angle continues the historic feel of the site. Tipton-Haynes offers with its venue, 125 Blue Chairs and 22 6' rectangle tables. Also, in the site's picnic area are 12 picnic tables that can be used for an occasion. Though the Historic buildings do not have power the the Visitor center is close by and extension cords can be ran from the building. Also, just off the side of the historic barn is a power pole 8 110 plugs and 1 220 plug for the larger power needs. Also available to rent from the site is a 10X30 tent and a small speaker system that can handle connections to phones or radios to help amplify any musical needs. Within the visitor center there is also access to two fridges and a sink area. If renting for a wedding there is a conference room in the back of the visitor center that can be used as a prep/changing room for a bride as well as our historic cabin can be used for prep/changing for the groom. Bridal and engagement pictures can be shot on site and scheduled separately if need. Rehearsals have access the day before the wedding to prepare for the big day and to start setting up for the ceremony.
