Terms and Conditions
When you book our wedding venue and catering package, here are the terms you can expect:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to secure the date of your event. This deposit will be applied towards the final balance.
The remaining balance of the package cost is due no later than 60 days prior to the event date. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or check.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the event date, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the total package cost. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the event date, the client will be responsible for paying the full package cost.
Any changes or additions to the package must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional costs.
Our standard package includes venue rental and catering for up to 100 guests. Additional guests may be added for an additional cost.
Our catering service includes a selection of hors d'oeuvres and a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrees. Bar service is also included, with a selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Additional bar service options are available at an additional cost.
The package also includes standard table settings and linens, as well as basic lighting and sound equipment. Additional decor or rentals are available at an additional cost.
