HOOKAH RENTAL POLICY DISCLAIMER ONLY APPLIES TO CLIENTS REQUESTING SERVICE AT A RESIDENCE: 1. All attendees/ purchaser must be 21 or older. ID will be required, and must match purchaser's ID for all purchases and services. ID may be required based on discretion. 2. We will email you the CJ Hookah Rentals Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Fees, Release of Liability User Agreement. Please sign and email the agreement no later than 48 hours prior to the event to: Sales@cjhookah.com You also have the option to sign the day of your event upon our arrival. ID may be required based on discretion. 2. In order for CJ Hookah Rentals to provide services, client must have permission from venue. Client must provide contact number for owner or management. Permission from venue will be verified by a CJ Hookah Rentals agent prior to event. 3.Last, we will email you the CJ Hookah Rentals Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Fees, Release of Liability User Agreement. Please sign and email the agreement no later than 48 hours prior to the event to: Sales@cjhookah.com You also have the option to sign the day of your event upon our arrival. HOOKAH RENTAL DEPOSIT FEE: ?A one-time refundable deposit fee is required for incidental purposes, and will be collected upon our arrival the day of the event. Deposit fees may vary based on the hookah rental package desired. The deposit fee will be refunded upon receipt of hookah device contingent device is in same condition issued. If hookah or hookah equipment is damaged, you forfeit your deposit. We do not sell tobacco. We only provide non-tobacco products (herbal shisha) with all of our packages. You are allowed to use your own tobacco and coals in our hookah devices. However, you are responsible for how those products affect your health. Adding any other substance in our hookah devices is not allowed and will constitute as damaging our hookah devices. As a result, you will lose your entire deposit. Please Note: Our devices will be tested upon pick-up. HOOKAH RENTAL CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: Cancellations and full refunds are only granted if you cancel before 48 hours prior to your event. If you do not cancel within this time frame you forfeit 50% of amount paid. If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather we accept rescheduling of event date or location. However, If you do not cancel within this time frame you forfeit 50% of amount paid. Please send an email to: Sales@cjhookah.com to cancel or reschedule. We will confirm your cancellation and begin the refund process or reschedule process. If applicable, you will receive a refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This can usually take up to 7-10 business days. Our Hookah Catering packages includes a phenomenal illuminated hookah bar setup, 2 professional hookah experts who will provide service to both you, and your guests making sure everyone receives a menu, unlimited refills, coals, mouth tips, and exceptional customer service for the allotted time of the event. Our staff will even setup the devices and hookah bar during or prior to your event. Our hookah experts will also remain on-site for the allotted time of the event to maintain the hookah experience at no additional cost!
