The Alpine Room is our largest room at 2,660 square feet. It will seat approximately 240 people theatre style or 196 using 8 top round tables. The cost to rent this room is $600. Some special features in this room include a presentation screen and sound system. The Alpine room can be rented in combination with the adjoining Black Forest room. The Black Forest room is the second largest room at 2,379 square feet. It will seat 215 theatre style and 128 using 8 top round tables. The exposed rafters and panoramic view from the large windows create an elegant ambiance for your guests. The Black Forest room also has a screen for presentations and a fantastic sound system. A dance floor is also available, as well as the perfect space for a D.J. and head table. This room is $600 and can be rented in combination with the Alpine Room. The Alpine and Black Forest room combination is a very popular option. These two rooms flow together seamlessly and provide a nice space for larger events. For presentation purposes, both screens can be lowered and the presentation can run in sync on both screens. The Pfaffenweiler room is 781 square feet and perfect for small meetings. It will seat 70 theatre style or 64 using round 8 top round tables. You can access this room from both the lobby and the Black Forest room. It is $100 when rented independently. The Pfaffenweiler room can be rented in combination with the Alpine and Black Forest room for $1,000, providing seating for 418! The combination of the three rooms is the perfect setup for large weddings and many times houses the buffet tables for weddings and banquets. Tucked away on the opposite side of KlubHaus 61 is the Edelweiss room. This room is 947 square feet and will seat 85 theatre style or 64 on 8 top round tables. Its function serves well for small meetings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal or baby showers. The charge for this private room is $100. For large events, book the entire KlubHaus 61! You will have 7,088 square feet of elegant space to create the setting for a perfect event! Utilizing round tables, you will be able to seat 515 people and have access to the entire venue. For $1,200, you will have access to the Alpine, Black Forest, Pfaffenweiler, and Edelweiss rooms, as well as the lounge. Your guests will enjoy mingling and enjoying the beauty of the facility.
