I believe this is the one of the best NYC's finest catering and reception hall i ever been apart of. The catering and reception hall are consist of large rooms to catered to large events. It also has architecture that contains history of beauty breathe taking ballroom. They also have smaller room to hold smaller events. Over all this place is one of the best places to hold a beautiful dream wedding for you and your special person.

Stunning is really the only word that adequately describes Gotham hall. the venue is aamazing. It has dome ceilings. There are several smaller spaces within the venue wher yo can host a small wedding or a large open area for a very large wedding. Your eye will be drawn up and your guest will adore all of the architecture. Our event was in the evening and the exterior of the Hall was lit in colors that could be seen for blocks. the mezzanine is teh est part of the entire space. The ceilings and walls are painted and have filigree. You will also want to use the oak room. It is a smaller space , but would work well as a lounge. The staff was thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to be of assistance to the guest that had special needs and my elderly family members. The venue is very large but still has a warm feeling. You will want to use tall centerpieces , as smaller ones will not do justice to the ceilings.

My best friend since I was small wanted to have an extravagant wedding with a huge reception and the glamour of a high end wedding. She could not have been happier with the Gotham Hall as her wedding venue. Known to be a venue for fashion shows, this space was enormous and able to hold her approximate 500 guests. When you walk inside the hall, the monumental dome is the first thing you see and its height is breathtaking. As you get closer and look up, the carvings are nothing short of magnificent. There are picturesque pillars that extend to the high ceiling and make for a very elegant setting. The architecture makes it seem as if you are going back in time in a grand ballroom. There is even a grand, crystal chandelier that drapes from the ceiling and make for a fairy tale setting. The place is huge and the acoustics were amazing for the band because of the tall ceilings. My friend wanted the lights to be pink themed to match the flowers and the overall color scheme of the wedding. The staff at the Gotham Hall made this possible and the lighting looked absolutely stunning. They also carried out al of the decorations and offered catering. They pretty much planned the entire event so having her wedding at the Gotham Hall was like an all-inclusive event without a need for outside vendors. It made it so convenient! It was a wild party and I do not think such an amazing crowd would have been happy with any other venue. My friend was so thankful with my help in arranging the venue and she has recommended it to many!

We chose Gotham Hall in New York City for our wonderful summer 2011 wedding. I am so thankful we choose this venue it was everything and more than we could have ever dreamed of. It was the most beautiful of all the places we looked at so decided to go for it and are so glad we did. We looked at a lot of places and fell in love with Gotham Hall right away. The entire staff was so helpful and was there for our every need. They were courteous and patient. We felt prepared for the ceremony when that time came around. They were there to help us with floral decorating and music (which knew nothing about). When the day came, everything was in perfect order. A few people said that when they entered their jaws literally dropped. The hall looked magnificent. Everything about this day was so special thanks to the helpful staff who I could not say enough great things about. I will be honest it was not cheap, but every penny we paid for it was completely worth it. It was a breathtaking experience. Our guests to this day are still talking about how amazing the whole experience was and how beautiful the location was. The food was amazing. Everything tastes amazing and looked magnificent. It was a great culinary experience. We had some guests with special dietary needs and they were more than accommodating. We were very thankful for that because it kept all of our guests happy. Overall, everything was amazing and I am so happy to have these memories. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special experience.

When picking out a venue to host our wedding reception, my wife and I looked at what seemed like countless venues in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and Westchester. We knew, once we found Gotham Hall, that it was definitely the place we wanted to have our Wedding celebration in. The hall itself is an architectural masterpiece with elegant sprawling rooms, high ceilings, and a myriad of design details that make it one of a kind. While it was a little expensive, the staff was absolutely suburb and management catered to every need we had. They were even helpful in recommending the catering that we ended up using for our reception. The venue was able to accommodate each and every request that me and my wife had. The wait staff was very professional and treated all our guests with respect and attentiveness. Another thing that my wife and I really appreciated about Gotham was their willingness to be patient and understanding with us as we planned the reception. Their management made it clear to my wife and I that they understood how importnat this day was to us and that they were willing to work with us and arrange their venue accordingly so that our wedding reception could be absolutely perfect. In summary, these guys are great and I highly recommend their services if you are planning a wedding any time soon.
