Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee. - No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. 4. Pricing and Payment - Our pricing structure for the distinguished services of Chauffeurs USA Inc consists of base rates, flat rates, and hourly rates for As Directed/Hourly trips. - For Sedans and SUVs, As Directed/Hourly trips require a minimum booking of 3 hours, while Sprinters require a minimum booking of 4 hours within city limits within a 20-mile radius. - As Directed/Hourly Trips have a mileage limit of 10 miles per hour. - For instance, a 5-hour service includes 50 miles. Any additional miles beyond this limit will incur extra mileage charges. - Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the original itinerary. 5. Airport Pickups - Curbside pickups are included in the rate. - For Meet & Greet inside the terminal, an additional fee will be added, plus parking charges. 6. Waiting Times - Point to Point and Hourly Service have a complimentary 15 minutes of waiting time. - Domestic Flights and Private Flights have a complimentary 30 minutes of waiting time. - International Flights have a complimentary 60 minutes of waiting time. - Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be subject to additional charges. 7. Service Standards - Our chauffeurs are exclusively trained to cater to high-end clientele, ensuring impeccable service, discretion, and professionalism. - Vehicles are handpicked for their elegance and sophistication, subject to availability and can be upgraded to meet your preferences. 9. Liability - Chauffeurs USA Inc is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures. - Clients are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by their party during the service. 10. Safety and Conduct - Clients and their party are expected to follow the chauffeur's safety instructions and behave appropriately during the service. - Smoking, alcohol consumption by underage passengers, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. 11. Privacy - Client information, especially that of high net worth individuals, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. 12.
