My parties can be designed around any theme you want, which makes them perfect for a variety of celebrations. And each party is custom tailored so that you and your guests are the characters of the Murder Mystery and you will each have a role to act out. There is no audience participation because you and your guests are the actors! This event can be made for any age range and also would accommodate any corporate event as it is a phenomenal team builder.

In addition, I will attend your party in person to assure the event goes smoothly as possible. That way you can focus on enjoying yourself and your guests. I also can recommend venues and caterers to make the gala complete, although an in-home/office party can be just as fun!

Terms and Conditions
The package fee is based on Events with Plot Standard Price List and includes the items described therein. In addition to either the package fee any extra charges set forth below shall be billed if and when incurred, including venue and catering.
1. CONTRACTS
Both parties agree to enter into this contract as mutually binding contract and in good faith adhere to the terms laid out.
2. EXCLUSIVE PLANNER
Events with Plot shall be the exclusive planner retained by the Client for the purpose of planning this event. Guests, Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to give imput and suggestions as long as they shall not interfere with Events with Plot’s duties.
3. PAYMENT
A Non-refundable deposit shall be made on the date of booking of half the total due. The balance shall be paid in full no later than two weeks after the event. Payments may be via PayPal, Check or Money Order. In the event of returned payments, a $50.00 Non-Sufficient Funds charge will be assessed per returned payment. Failure to pay will result in breach of contract and legal repercussion.
4. CANCELLATION
If the Client shall cancel this Agreement ninety (90) or more calendar days before the event date, any payments made to Events with Plot shall be refunded in full. If Client shall cancel within ninety (90) days of the event date and if Events with Plot does not obtain another assignment for that date, the client shall forfeit the deposit. A $100 cancellation fee shall be applied if the Client cancels within fourteen (14) days of the event date.
5. COPYRIGHT & REPRODUCTIONS
Events with Plot shall release all images on a CD to the client along with a copyright release. The client is responsible for obtaining their won reproductions. Story and script of the murder mystery is not to be resold.
6. FAILURE TO PERFORM
If Events with Plot cannot perform this Agreement due to a ?re or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to planner’s illness, then Events with Plot shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Events with Plot. In the event Events with Plot fails to perform for any other reason, Events with Plot shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
7. PHOTOGRAPHER
Events with Plot may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Photographer’s illness or of scheduling con?icts. In the event of such substitution, Photographer warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.
