You have venue access for 5 hours. This option is great for meetings, classes, photoshoots, and anything else you may need a space for during weekday work hours. Venue pricing includes chivalry chairs, linen black or white, fully draped room with up lighting, mini kitchenette, 60" round tables, 6' banquet tables, 3 highboy tables. Venue also has a built in flower wall! We can set up the space classroom style or seating only, upon request.

A 50% deposit is required to book the weekday rental. Remaining balance is due 30 days before event date. For running or multi-day bookings (within the same week), we have a special rate available. Contact us for more details. Hours of availability for this booking are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. You may choose any 5 hours of venue time during that time.

Venue hours are available through 11:00 PM. Must be out of venue by midnight. Additional charges may apply for overtime hours. 50% deposit is required to secure venue. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. A $75 cleaning fee is applied.

This option will also include your full customizable decor to include charger plates, cloth napkins, centerpieces, backdrops, floor wraps, stationary (menu cards, welcome signs, etc.), balloon decor, flowers (silk and fresh options available*), dinnerware (disposable and glass/China available*), utensils*, etc.. With this option, we will discuss your design ideas.

A 50% retainer is required to book a decor option included with the venue rental. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. You are allowed outside catering. A $75 cleaning fee will be applied. An additional $250 refundable deposit is required for decor and venue option. The $250 will be refunded within 72 hours, pending no damages to decor and/or venue and everything is accounted for.
