Terms and Conditions

Important Notes: *Hours available for venue rental are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (If rental is needed before 10:00am, please inform Events Coordinator during booking) *Set up and break down need to be completed within the timeframe of rental. For example, if your event is reserved to end at 10pm, that would mean clean up has been completed and the venue has been vacated by 10pm. Please consider this when determining the length of time needed to accommodate your event. *We can allow entry one hour prior to the reserved start time for an additional $100. Please indicate under “add ons” if you would like to utilize this option. *Wine Club Members in good standing will receive a 10% discount off list rental prices Things We Ask: * A 50% Payment will be due at the time of booking the with the balance due 48 hours prior to the event. (A couple getting married will receive a complimentary wine tasting of 5 wines, once the 50% payment is made) * Cancellations under 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of payment. * No outside alcohol is allowed, all alcohol must be purchased through CFW *Discounted wine and beers for bulk purchases (2 case minimum) *CFW will set up the tables and chairs, renters are responsible for handling their own décor. * Renters are responsible for event cleanup. Please place all trash in garbage bags and bins, and remove all decorations and personal items. Failure to comply will result in CFW assessing a $100 cleanup fee. CFW will remove trash from the bins, sweep, mop, and clean the tables and chairs. *We do not allow use of confetti, including confetti filled balloons. *Any decorations that need to be hung on the wall can be hung using sticky “poster” putty. We ask that you refrain from using tape, tacks, nails, etc. *Renters will be responsible for any damages to CFW property. * CFW is not responsible for unfavorable weather conditions, any expenses burdened by the winery will be billable to the renting party.
