Terms and Conditions

Hours available for venue rental are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Set up and break down of the event are included within the timeframe of rental (No extra time will be allowed before or after the event for set up or clean up) Wine Servers available for $25 for 1-3 hours, $100 for half day and $200 full day Wine Club Members in good standing will receive a 10% discount off list rental prices Things We Ask: * A 50% Payment will be due at the time of booking the with the balance due 48 hours prior to the event. (A couple getting married will receive a complimentary wine tasting, once the 50% payment is made) * Cancellations under 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of payment. * No outside alcohol is allowed, all alcohol must be purchased through CFW Discounted wine and beers for bulk purchases (2 case minimum) * Renters are responsible for event cleanup; $100 cleanup fee will be assessed if the renter fails to remove all outside décor and belongings. CFW will remove normal trash placed in trash cans. * CFW is not responsible for unfavorable weather conditions, any expenses burdened by the winery will be billable to the renting party.
