Terms and Conditions

The Holiday Inn NW Jackson is a non-smoking facility. The use of nails, staples, tacks, pins, glue or adhesive is NOT permitted on any surface in the meeting room. Prior approval must be obtained. The use of glitter, sand, confetti, or similar materials is NOT permitted. The use of any open flame is NOT permitted. Flameless LED candles can be used. All food & beverage in the meeting room must be provided by the Holiday Inn NW Jackson and ordered in advance through the sales manager. No outside food & beverage may be brought in to the meeting room, with the exception of cakes/cupcakes from a bakery. Menu items must be received no less then 10 business days prior to each catered event. All food & beverage provided by the hotel is subject to 6% state sales tax and a 21% service charge. The service charge offsets the cost of facility maintenance and administrative costs. The service charge does not replace a gratuity for the server(s) Under no circumstances may any alcohol not purchased through the Holiday Inn be brought into a meeting room. A minimum guarantee of attendance must be received no less than 10 business days prior to each catered event. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged. An increase in the guarantee will be accepted up to 3 business days prior to the event. No decreases will be accepted within 3 business days of the event. A final payment based on the estimated total charges due, is to be paid no later than the event date. The sales manager can forward you an estimate of the total charges of your event prior to the event date. Any additional charges incurred during the actual event will be added to the conclusion off your event and are due upon receipt. Cancellation must be made in writing and confirmed with the sales manager. Cancellations made within 72 hours of an event date may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an event will be charged the total anticipated charges for the event.
