A great One-Man-Band is a unique alternative to a DJ. I am a very versatile keyboard musician and vocalist, performing in my one-man-band format for over 40 years. I enjoy taking requests, and I play rock, pop, motown, country, jazz, blues, classical, swing, latin, and on and on. However, I do not do rap or hip-hop. I perform music by Billy Joel, Elton John, Neil Diamond, Garth Brooks, The Doors, The Eagles, The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, James Brown, Jimmy Buffet, Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, Louie Armstrong, Randy Newman, and on and on. I have been performing at the same night spot on Balboa Island for 44 years, and was at the Villa Nova (now The Winery) in Newport Beach for its final 8 years. I perform regularly for the Annual Orange County Business Journal Award ceremonies, and have performed for over 2 decades at the Annual Balboa Island Parade, Balboa Island Tree Lighting Ceremony, and Balboa Island Artwalk. I can set up in a relatively small amount of space, with my 2 keyboards and 2 drum machines on a single stand, and I have an excellent sound system. When I am hired for a private party, my number one priority is to do everything I can do to make sure that everyone has a great time!
