Maximum Occupancy: 350
Event Types: Events, concerts, workshops, recitals, performances, filming, meetings, parties, weddings, and more.
No smoking or alcohol allowed anywhere on the property
Furniture and Equipment: All furniture is included.
Audio Video Lighting: AVL equipment requires an additional rental fee
Decorations and Alterations: Nothing may be attached to walls, windows, doors, or floors anywhere on the property without management approval.
Clean-Up: Require guests to clean up after themselves and dispose of any trash into trash cans.
Guests are responsible for any damages to property, equipment, and furniture.
