The Leitner House is nestled in the heart of downtown Irmo, South Carolina, our gorgeous property blends old Southern charm with modern elegance to provide the perfect setting for your special day. The Leitner House offers 2200 sq feet of functional indoor space. Your guests can enjoy this premier site for your next wedding, special event, or business meeting. Located on the premises are a variety of spaces including our beautifully decorated and well-appointed banquet rooms perfect for entertaining guests during rehearsal dinners or office parties, a wrap-around porch and a surrounding garden that grants privacy as well as a lovely view for guests of bridal showers or business meetings. Our spacious main level lounge area, dual elegantly-furnished private rooms on the first floor, two wings of oversized outdoor deck area with seating, and additional private rooms on the second floor, can be transformed to fit your needs.

We were here for our wedding and reception. The venue is great and the owner is fantastic!!! Setup was great and the service throughout the entire process was wonderful!! We would definitely recommend the Leitner House to anyone with a smaller gathering of around 40.
