•Prime 47 requires final guest counts for all functions no less than 3 business days in advance. The guest will be responsible for 100% of the final count. •Final payment of all related costs is due at the conclusion of the function on the date of the event. •No personal checks accepted, payment must be made with either a major credit card, company check or cash.

Terms and Conditions

•The guest agrees that in the event of a cancellation 15 or more days prior to the event, Prime 47 will refund 100% of deposit. If cancellation occurs between 4 and 14 days prior to the event, guests will forfeit all deposits paid to Prime 47. If cancellation occurs 25-72 hours prior to event, guest will be charged $500. Parties that cancel 24 hours or less of their party start time or who do not show up will be charged the minimum guarantee, 20% gratuity, tax, and rental fees for that evening.
