SPECIALTY CAKE= gourmet cake tasting & cake cutting included
PHOTOGRAPHER = Basic photographer /photo booth (prices may vary depending on location within 75 miles from downtown Indy). Customization included
DJ- Meeting w/ DJ & services included, customization included
CATERING- Full service menu, staff, tasting, Two meats, Two sides, One salad, One salad, One Bread, Water + Two choices of drinks Tea, lemonade, punch, Plate & dinner ware, linen napkin, water goblets, setting confirmation ALL included.
PLANNING & COORDINATING
Initial planning meeting to develop & create an event style, determine goals, priorities & to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning & design objectives.
•Create a comprehensive budget projections & planning timeline for clients enabling them to stay on track.
•Facilitate choice of appropriate vendors including, but not limited to ALL décor, catering, linens, entertainment, photography, invitations and stationery, staffing needs, (this package includes ALL the above)
•Streamline vendor introductions, set up appointments for clients based on their availability – Two (2) planner accompaniments
•Review vendor contracts & make recommendations
•Develop, present, design & flow concepts inspired by the client that are appropriate to the time of day & chosen setting
•Work w/ designated contacts, prop and rental companies, lighting technicians, etc., to carry concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event & present unique ideas
•Advisement on etiquette & troubleshooting any challenges that come up while planning
•Print & manage mailing of invitations, managing RSVP’s & track all guest counts as needed for the client (postage NOT INCLUDED)
•Create binder that includes copies of all contracts, design portfolio & inspiration boards
YOUR PERSONAL ASSISTANT/PLANNER & COORDINATOR provides the following:
•Timeline Meeting, Logistics, Planning & Coordination: Create a complete production/event timeline for event, vendor contact sheets & distribute to all vendors to review all last minute details & logistics of event – walk thru at event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc. Create Specific timeline for party & distribute list via email the week of. Coordinate Décor and Design, Advisement and Confirmations
•UNLIMITED Phone & Email correspondence
•Production= manage all moving pieces of the event: Direction of vendors, attend guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.
Staff to include your LBDP Pro + 1 highly trained assistant
