Terms and Conditions
All decorations or activities involving the use of open flame are prohibited. Items may not be attached to floors, walls, ceiling, etc., in the meeting room or lobby areas without prior approval from Hotel. Fire exits, aisles, and equipment cannot be blocked in any way.
All food, beverage and alcohol are required from the Hilton Garden Inn. Outside catering is prohibited, with the exception of a celebratory cake. Any food and beverage brought into the meeting space can result in penalty fees of up to $250.00. The management team also reserves the right to inspect and control all private parties, meetings, receptions, etc., being held on the premises. The management team may ask the party to exit the premises immediately and may discontinue future service.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. In the event of cancellation of this contract through no fault of the Hotel, there shall be a cancellation charge assessed on all guest rooms, meeting space, and catering as follow:
91 days to 6 months prior to scheduled event 20%
61 days – 90 days prior to scheduled event 35%
31 days – 60 days prior to scheduled event 50%
30 days – 15 days prior to scheduled event 75%
Less than 14 days prior to scheduled event 100%
