The Haus is a cozy and inviting full private space that offers both indoor and outdoor space. Great for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and corporate happy hours.
The Haus includes seating inside between two levels for 55, seating outside for 36, private use of the deck, 2 private restrooms, and a private bar. We also offer a wall mounted televison for slideshows and videos and a speaker to plug into to play your own tunes!
The private bar located on the top floor serves beer, wine (standard red and white), Ash & Elm Cider; spirits are not allowed on the premises. We also serve non-alcoholic options including soda (Diet Coke, Coke, and Sprite), water, and non-alcoholic beer. You are welcome to use any caterer you like, as long as they are licensed and insured.

Payment:
Full payment is due thirty days before your event. Depending on time of your event, we may require a 50% deposit of rental which would be due upon contract signing. All clients receive an itemized invoice(s) that can be paid through cash, check, bank transfer or credit card. We do charge a 3% credit card processing fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Date of contract signing - 180 days before event: 50% of Total Rental Owed
179 days before event - 90 days before event: 75% of Total Rental Owed
89 days before event - day of event: 100% of Total Rental Owed

Take a step back into Indianapolis History by visit the Boyle Racing Shop. The Boyle Racing Shop pays homage to the Boyle Racing team that was once called this property home. They won at the Indy 500 in the 1920s/30s and has memorabilia around the room and a restored historical car.
The Boyle Racing Shop is our semi-private rental that is located in the public taproom, but your group gets access to your own space. It seats 35-40 or has standing room, up to 50. We do allow children in the space, but due to the historic nature of the space, we ask that children remain supervised and are not allowed to run, touch or climb on the historical car. Your group will use the public bar in the Taproom. We have the Cabin Kitchen onsite that you can order from. You are not allowed to bring in outside food, unless it is a celebratory dessert which will need to be approved by a Guggman Haus representative.

Guggman Haus's largest rental accomodation is the perfect spot for your next corporate meeting, holiday party, happy hour or wedding reception. This industriall modern space is naturally beautiful and doesn't need much to elevate the space. The space also has dimmable lighting through string and overhead lighting.
This space includes the set-up and tear down of handmade tables and chairs for up to 100. Additional seating up to 150 through plastic tables and chairs. We provide black linen for the additional seating.
Skip waiting in line and use the private bar in your space with up to 5 beers on tap, wine, and cider. Rental also includes use of our professional sound system including a microphone, a laptop, a PA system, and an 5' x 8' LED screen (for any slide shows, videos, etc). The room comes with a coat closet with coat racks, and use of our conference room, where you can get ready or have a place to stash your stuff.
