There are minimum dollar amounts required in order to book the ballroom if the event is more than 3 months out. Saturdays, the minimum is $6,000.00 and for Fridays and Sundays, the minimum is $5,000.00. Minimums are negotiable if the function is WITHIN three (3) months of the event date.

Food & Beverage Fees are subject to a taxable 20% Service Charge & 7.75% Sales Tax (Calif State Board of Equalization Reg No. 1603)
A $500 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure the event date and space. Deposit will be credited towards the event.
