From our first meeting with Peter, who was already waiting for us in the lobby on our arrival to view and tour the facility we knew this was the place we wanted for our daughters wedding. It was a Thursday thru Sunday event with the wedding on Friday July 12th. Working with Mark throughout the planning process and Mariah in the sales department was so helpful and made everything run so smooth. Every email and or phone call was answered in a timely manner which is helpful when things get stressful. The taste testing was so fun for us and meeting the chef was delightful. The day of the reception dinner was served exactly the way we experienced it at the taste testing, hot and delicious. The way the food was presented and the service, impeccable did not go unnoticed by out quests. We had over 200 guests and were told by many it was the best wedding they had ever been to. If your looking for an event space that is a 10 out 10 you must tour this facility, you will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone for making stay so fabulous. Mr. & Mrs. Ellis
The Hyatt Hotel in Huntington Beach is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with. The conference rooms are large and comfortable. My husband and I recently took part in a mass military wedding at the hotel. We were both taken care of very well. I had some concern for my husband, because he has anxiety from combat. I told a staff member my concern and she made sure to check on his wellbeing while we were apart. When I was unsure of where it was I needed to go, a staff member personally took me to the location I needed to meet at. Our wedding site overlooked the Pacific Ocean and our reception was held in the large ballroom. Our entire time there, we were being asked if we needed any assistance with anything. From the valet parking to the hotel room service, everything was very pleasing. The staff catered to our needs and made sure we were treated with the utmost respect and concern. The staff at the spa was friendly and helpful, my 10 year old daughter was in need of a restroom and they quickly directed her to where they were located, while I was getting my hair and makeup done for the wedding. The hotel rooms are large and very comfortable; our room's balcony overlooked the courtyard. I was very happy with our experience and would highly recommend it to any couple getting married or a business in need of a meeting location.
