GUEST COUNT We ask that you provide us with a final guest count and all of the event details no less than (7)days prior to your event date for all full-service catered events. This final count will be the basis for calculation of your bill, regardless of the turnout or last minute cancellations. LEVELS OF SERVCE Basic Delivery Service- Food and Beverage are delivered to your location and the host is responsible for presentation for guests. Price Starting at $40 Basic Setup-Food & Beverages are delivered to your location, set up and presented for your guests. Staff picks up equipment at the end of the event. Pickup of equipment can also be discussed at the time of the event. Price Starting $60 Full Service with Event Staff—Food and Beverages delivered to your location, set up , and presented to your guest , as well as serve the food to your guests for 2 hours of service. Price starting at $80 ( additional fees may apply.) PAYMENT TERMS Once catering order has been placed a credit card is needed to be put down on file, and will be charged the morning of the event.
