Rental fees include the following stipulations:
• Security deposit to be held and returned upon inspection and approval post-event.
• The rental agreement includes same-day early access for the setup of tables and chairs. We have both round and 8' long tables that can accommodate 6-8 people comfortably per table.
• The kitchen is included, but the renter must bring their own supplies.
• The renter is responsible for disposing of trash and wiping down tables and chairs with disinfectant cleaner and returning them to our on-site storage. Our cleaning team will do the rest. Security deposit return is contingent on event clean-up and applicable damages.

Under 50 People: $425.00 (ask about special rates for Wedding and Baby Showers)
51-100: $525.00
For over 100 people the rate is $550.00
For over 150 people the rate is $650.00

• No staples or thumbtacks should be used or anything that may damage the walls. The renter is responsible for any damage and repairs and agrees not to make any unlawful, improper, or offensive use of the clubhouse property including the parking lot.
• Excessive noise or annoyance to the neighborhood or Signal Cove residents will not be tolerated.
• The renter will vacate the property at the conclusion of the rental agreement. Events with music/band must conclude by 10:30 pm due to neighborhood noise ordinance, 11 pm otherwise.

Rental Agreement Includes The Following Guidelines & Stipulations
A security deposit of $200 will be deposited and held in our SCOI account and returned upon post-event inspection and approval.
Prior-day access is fee-based for full-day events and must be approved in advance by SCOI.
The renter is responsible for disposing of trash and wiping down tables and chairs with disinfectant cleaner and returning them to our on-site storage. Our cleaning team will do the rest. Security deposit return is contingent on event clean-up and applicable damages.
No staples/nails/thumbtacks/tape may be used that may create damage or holes in the walls. Do not remove pictures from the walls or remove the ship's wheel from the fireplace mantle. The renter/Lessee is responsible for any and all damage and repairs. Scotchbrand or 3M brand wall-safe tape is permissible.
Renter/Lessee further agrees to not make any unlawful, improper, or offensive use of the clubhouse property including the adjacent parking lots.
Any excessive noise or annoyance to the neighborhood and Signal Cove residents will not be tolerated. Violations may result in the removal of the offending parties from the location and could impact the future ability of the Renter/Lessee to reserve the property or retain membership in good standing with Signal Cove.
Food and/or drinks spilled during your event should be cleaned immediately to prevent slip/fall injuries. Mop and paper towels will be provided and are located in the small kitchen. If the clubhouse dishes, silverware or coffee pots are used, they must be washed and placed in the kitchen to dry or put away.
Should a problem occur with any of the clubhouse equipment, lights, air conditioners, or plumbing, contact the rental agent immediately. Phone numbers are posted on the bulletin board besides the telephone in the small kitchen.
*All events must conclude by 10:30 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. Due to noise ordinance weekend music must conclude by 10:00 pm. Non-compliance to any of the above terms will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit. The Signal Cove representative managing this rental reserves the right to make any assessment and decision regarding the terms and compliance.
