Terms and Conditions

Deposits: Must be received within five (5) business days of contract acceptance. Payment: Must be received during set-up and sound-check the day of the event. All payments must be cash or cashier's check. Cancellation: Client agrees to pay 50% of total package price if show is cancelled within 20 days of performance date. Client agrees to pay 100% of contracted package price if performance is cancelled with less than 20 days notice and agrees to pay any and all legal costs associated with compliance therein. Package Stipulation: Quoted package price of $1800.00 is for local production performances only(within 2 - 3 hour drive time from Tampa Bay, Florida). Client agrees to supply any necessary lighting, staging and professional audio equipment / personnel. Should Fleetwood Max need to provide the latter professional services, Client agrees to a contract cost increase of $1000.00 from $1800.00 to $2800.00 to cover such costs and deposit will reflect same. Hospitality Rider: Each show is crafted uniquely to the event therefore each hospitality rider is unique. Common requirements: 2 cases each of cold/iced bottled water / pepsi / diet pepsi ~ 1 Premium Deli Platter for 7 (condiments and appropriate utensils, etc.) ~ 1 premium fruit tray (berries, seasonal fruit etc.) ~ 2 dressing areas with separate rest room accommodations (1 male / 1 female). **Please note that all terms are negotiable and those listed are typical and minimal.
