Russo's On The Bay - An Eventective User from Queens, NY

Russo's is the perfect venue for parties and I am definitely going to consider it for when I get married! It is a beautiful, clean, elegantly decorated establishment. All of the rooms I have ever been in are spacious and gorgeous. My favorite room has a glass enclosed elevator that comes up through the floor which I have seen used at many sweet 16's and weddings. It is a great wow factor for a grand entrance! The food is amazing, quality Italian .I have always said that I want a wedding with just a cocktail and a venetian hour because at Russo's you could make this happen with the quality and quantity of the cocktail and venetian hours. Both cocktail and venetian hours are held in a long room that is filled from end-to-end with delicious items! In my opinion, there is no need for a sit down dinner in between which would lead to more partying and dancing- right up my family's alley! I hope everyone can experience going to a party at Russo's. It is top notch service like you will not experience at many places these days! The wait staff are very attentive and are always refolding napkins and replacing what you need. One of my favorite touches is when you are given a lemon sorbet in between the pasta and main dish to cleanse your pallet, such a nice refreshing treat! The bathrooms are impeccable there as well. Filled with many toiletries that you may need. Trust me I have used the hairspray after some dancing and the clear nail polish to fix a run in my stockings, all little touches that make the experience even better!
