Payments & Deposits In order to confirm and hold a reservation a refundable $150 deposit must be paid at the time of booking and is refund 48hrs after your event. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the reservation date. Rental will not be allowed to commence without payment in full. In some cases, a refundable security deposit will apply to a reservation.? A 3% processing fee will be added for credit card processing. Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable unless the date is booked by another Renter. If date changes are requested with at least a 1 week notice, the deposit can be applied to another rental date.? In the event of a refund, a 3% processing fee will apply to account for processing fees. Event Space Rules Only inside of premises is included in Event space rental. Outside space is not available unless specifically agreed and stated in renter’s contract. No smoking whatsoever is allowed inside event space. No illegal drugs of any kind. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Company representative. No loitering after the rental time is complete.
