Payment Policy:
A first deposit of 50% of the total agreed amount should be paid by the client upon the contract signature. The balance is due 15 days prior to the event.
V. Lou Events LLC will issue invoices.
Cancellation Policy:
The client deposit is refundable for 15 days. In case of a cancellation 3 weeks prior to the event the client won't be refunded for his first deposit.
