Terms and Conditions

The Popup Poetry Spot Performance Poet Booking Terms and Conditions: 1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date for The Popup Poetry Spot performance poet. 2. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and must be paid within the agreed timeframe to confirm the reservation. 3. Once the deposit is paid, the booking date will be reserved exclusively for the client. 4. The remaining balance of the performance fee is due on the day of the event when the artist arrives at the venue. 5. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. 6. Any changes to the booking date must be communicated to The Popup Poetry Spot at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event. 7. The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance space and any necessary equipment for the artist. 8. The artist will arrive at the venue at the agreed-upon time and will perform for the specified duration as per the booking agreement email. 9. The client is responsible for ensuring a respectful and appropriate environment for the artist during the performance. 10. Any additional requests or changes to the performance must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing. By making the deposit payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions set forth by The Popup Poetry Spot for booking a performance poet.
