The Gallery Venue Rental Includes:
- Four (4) hour event with three (3) hours of set up time prior to your event, and one (1) hour of tear down time post event; additional event time may be purchased at $500 per hour.
- A one hour rehearsal the Thursday before your wedding
- Complimentary parking for approximately 300 guests
- A Gallery Venue Manager will be present during your event to oversee the venue
- Security: Each Event Shall require Police monitoring during the hours of the event. For events up to 200 guests, one Police Officer shall remain present throughout the event. For events in excess of 200 guests, two Police Officers shall remain present throughout the event. The cost of security will be billed to Client at the current rate for Police Details of $40.00 per hour for each officer.
- All of the tables and chairs, including mahogany Chivari chairs are included. Provided you sign the Table & Chair Addendum to the contract
- The Gallery staff will setup all tables and chairs for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception according to the floor plan provided, as well as accept deliveries of rental items during your setup time. The Gallery staff will also tear down all tables and chairs, as well as handle all cleanup and trash removal during the one (1) hour tear down time

In order to Save Your Date, a 50% non-refundable initial payment is required with your signed contract. The remainder of the balance is due thirty (30) days prior to your event.
The Gallery only hosts one event per day and can accommodate up to 300 guests indoors and 300+ outdoors. The entire Gallery space is at your disposal; including the bride and groom suites for dressing, all outdoor patio areas, as well as the first floor ballroom, the upstairs bar area, and the overflow room.
