- We can offer to cater your food, prices start as low as $9.99 a person, we have 3 chefs that we work with and their taste, price and service is best in the market. If you choose us to cater your event we will add 2 more servers to manage the buffet. You will be offered an Entree of your choice with 2 sides of your choice along with a salad with your choice of dressing. But if you do not wish to go with our catering services, you are welcome to get your own food or caterer. There will be an additional $300 food buyout price added to your final bill and you are still feel free to use our kitchen, dishes, and cutlery at no extra cost.
- A Down payment of $500 is required if you wish for us to reserve a date for your event. Sterling also offers in-house catering (see catering for more details). - We have catering starting $9.99 a person. Please check our menu’s out on our website, we do both Plated (Sit Down) and Buffet Style dinners at the same price.
- You are free to bring in your own food or caterer at no extra cost.
- If you choose our catering package you will not have to pay this fee and you will be getting 2 more waiter/servers. A total of 2 waiters and 2 servers.
- You are free to bring in your own alcohol at no extra cost, and can use are fully equipped bar, and we would be providing you with a bartender and a security officer at no extra cost.
- A down payment of $500 is required if you wish for us to reserve a date for your event, the remaining amount is equally divided in to the number of months till your event.
