The Spring Branch Meeting Rooms provide great spaces for meetings, conferences, and events of all types. Whether planning a community meeting, banquet, bridal shower, graduation party, or corporate training, the Spring Branch Meetings Rooms provide you with the space and amenities to host successful events. We offer the quality, affordability, location, and flexibility you need to make your events run smoothly. We are centrally located with convenient access to I-10, Beltway 8, and Highway 290, and have a great parking lot with lots of space that can be used for parking or an outdoor pavilion. We provide set up (table and chairs included) and clean up and janitorial services. We have affordable rates and provide options that work for you, with hourly, half day, and full day rentals available. We are open 7 days a week and won’t charge you more for weekend events. Our management firm is located at the building to assist you with anything you might need. We have two different rooms to fit your needs:

Great rental experience - An Eventective User from Houston

Our organization was very pleased with the room we rented from Spring Branch Meeting Room for our Book of Truth Seminar. The meeting room was reasonably priced within our budget, the seats comfortable, the location easily accessible to our attendees (some of whom came from out of town). Our international speakers were very pleased with everything. Aruna and Emma made it very easy to just sign the rental agreement, pick up the keys and drop off the set-up instructions. They took care of everything else. All we had to do was show up for our event and the room . It was a breeze to just step in and conduct our seminar. Thanks Spring Branch Meeting Room! -Theresa E

Very Reasonable rates - An Eventective User from Houston

We had our daughter's 16th birthday party in the Oak Room - we were able to get in early, decorate and the location worked out well for our guests. At $60/hour the room was very affordable compared to local hotels that not only charged more but were very concerned about traffic and noise. We would certainly consider Spring Branch Meeting rooms for future events.
