For use of the private room there is a food and beverage minimum spending requirement of $ The minimum is inclusive of all food and beverage BEFORE tax (8.25%) and gratuity (20%) are applied. Your host/server will communicate with the host throughout the event to ensure the minimum agreed upon is reached.In the event you are unable to meet the minimum required, the variance will be charged on the ending bill.
Your reservation is only booked once Aura Hospitality has received this signed contract and signed credit card authorization form. The card will not be charged for the event unless specified by the client or a cancellation or damage fee is to be assessed. If a Room/Space Rental Amount is needed, then a 50% deposit is required when signed contact is turned in. Or 25% deposit for an open bar.
Cancellation of the event is required no later than 14 days prior to the event. Cancellation made after 14-day mark is subject to cancellation fee of 50% of the minimum quoted (and forfeiture of deposit).
All menus must be finalized 7 days before the event with minimal changes 72 hours prior to the event. Outside food in the form of cake or cupcakes may be brought in with permission from AURA Hospitality and will be subject to a $25 service fee.

Aura Hospitality will not serve alcohol to any guests under the age of 21 and will ask for legal identification to verify the age of any guest appearing under the age of 21. Aura Hospitality will not serve guests appearing to be intoxicated. Alcohol service may only be provided by Aura Hospitality and its staff.
All vendors must be approved by management. Vendors must bring and set up all items and equipment needed for the event. Aura Hospitality staff will not set up or tear down any vendor items or equipment. All items must be removed after the event unless permission has been given for another arrangement.
Aura Hospitality does not allow the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings with nails, tape or other substances without prior permission. Any decorations must be approved prior to the event and removed immediately after the event. There must be no trace of them upon removal. Glitter and confetti are NOT permitted. All decor must be approved by management. You are responsible for any damage caused by décor.
All audio/visual needs must be discussed with and approved by management.
Any forms of entertainment must be approved prior to the event by management
