Available Monday - Thursday from 10am to 9pm
- All setup and breakdown time needed for events must be included in the total booking charge.
- There will be additional charges if you use the space for a longer period of time than you have reserved it for.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Glitter is not allowed. Confetti is not allowed. If we find glitter / confetti in the space you will be charged $75.
- You may decorate the space, but it must be cleaned up at the end of your event. Use wall-safe tape only (Scotch tape & 3M command strips agree with our walls). Decorations that damage the space will incur an additional fee.
- Extremely loud music is not allowed. Renters are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep reasonable noise levels at all times during the event.
- There is no outdoor space here.
- Everything you bring in must go out with you! If the space is not left clean, there is an additional $200 cleaning fee. It doesn't have to be immaculate, but you must at least sweep and wipe down the counters and tables.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
