Spacious enough to accommodate large weddings - 375 people for a stand-up reception and 300 people for a seated affair - the Ballroom can be easily transformed for many functions. The Legacy Ballroom is approximately 5,000 square feet and features a central dance floor measuring 1,100 square feet. The adjoined Sunset Terrace, measuring approximately 3,000 square feet, provides a beautiful location for weddings ceremonies overlooking Pine Forest's lush golf course.

Featuring a full bar, baby grand piano and warm fireplace, the Lounge is an ideal area for socializing prior to an event. The Founders's Lounge and Oak Room, when combined, can be used to accommodate a standing reception of 100 people or 80 people for a seated affair. Together, the two rooms are approximately 2,000 square feet and offer an excellent view of the golf course with access to the Veranda, a covered 800 square foot deck.
