**A 50% deposit of the total invoice for services is required at the time of booking to be officially on the books. If MMK does not have the full amount of 50% of the deposit in hand, the day is still available to be booked by another party unless previously arranged with MMK to hold.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Be advised that we require at minimum 1 hour of set-up and 1 hour of take-down time before and after the event. Base pricing includes 4 hours, set-up/take-down time with 2 hours of bartending services. Additional hours are available as needed.
Service fees do not include gratuity for the bartenders/cocktail servers, Corporate events opt-in “hosted gratuity” in which the tip jar is eliminated, and the host pays 20% of the total invoice as a gratuity with the final invoice payment to be split between the service staff equally. Host may also leave the staff additional gratuity the day of the event if they choose to do so. Additional options are available for weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries if tip-jars are preferred.

Our experienced servers and waitstaff will tend to guests' every need and uphold the absolute highest quality of service. Our waitstaff can assist with any of your service needs including hors d'oeuvres passing, drink passing, and more.
