The Milford House is over 100 years old, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and seats amidst Houston's beautiful Museum District, at 1101 Milford Street.
The Milford House offers elegance and sophistication at an unbeatable value. There is space for intimate seating as well as a banquet hall, which seats up to 120 people. The House can accommodate the simplest event to a formal reception.
There is ample space for musicians. The hall is fully equipped with sound and a projection system is available upon request. There is also an attached commercial kitchen. Outside caterers are welcome. Your event can be held indoors or outside on our spacious lawn.

We used this venue for my mom's birthday party in Houston. It is a beautiful venue! It would be perfect for a smaller wedding reception or any event. We had about 80 people which was perfect. You can bring in your own catering and alcohol and the venue is very affordably priced (especially since you get the use of the whole house). It has a great historic feel to it, but has modern amenities. It was a great place!
