About Intimate Loft Venue In Medical Center
CT's Creative Art Space is a 2 Level loft style event venue located near NRG in the Medical Center.
Our 900-square foot venue features round and rectangle tables and chiavari chairs, flat screen TV, upstairs loft space, DJ area, a kitchenette, and on-site parking. The Gem of the venue is our beautiful Infiniti Grass Wall, which stands at 15ft high. Perfect for your social media worthy photo-ops.
We have 3 Time Frame Options plus Decor Packages that would be a good fit for your event.
10 Hours for Full Day Access, which gives you ample time to decorate, leave, and comeback to attend your event.
7 hours and gives you plenty of time to decorate, celebrate and clean at the end for just $700.
6 hours rental which is our minimum on the weekend and only $650.
Amenities include 2 floors of chic comfort, tables, Chiavari chairs, Infiniti Grass Wall complimentary Wi-Fi, smart tv, kitchenette, restroom, on-site parking, friendly staff, and affordable rates!

This place is pretty amazing. Upstairs down stairs with a TV and great sound. Can hold about 50 comfortably. The owner Latasha is super helpful and quick on reply. She can also give you other recommendations to improve your gathering like mobile bar tending service like LOW ( Liquid on Wheels), also amazing service! Professional and reasonable pricing. Definitely would book another event at this location.
