Very professional staff and very well organized
There is only one word to describe the Sales Group and Marriott Staff at the West Loop Galleria Marriott: outstanding. This hotel has just completed a big renovation on its first floor which contains its meeting rooms. The flooring, lights, walls, furniture, audio visual, and floorspace has been either replaced or updated. The event held was a dinner party with music, Style show, and several videos/presentations. During the planning of the event, my team or I met with the Sales staff on an as needed basis. They were always readily available to answer questions.I also met with the Chef and taste tested the food that was to be served. On the day of the event, the Marriott provided ample staff and the event was successful. The lighting in the meeting room was exceptional. Banners, table locations, risers, etc. were perfectly placed.The audio visual has been updated and the presentations were well received. As an added plus, I requested to change the light colors during various presentations. After the event, the Sales staff scheduled a follow-up call just to make sure they met our expectations.. This call allowed our team to express what an outstanding job they did!!!!
