Forms of Payments: The Hotel accepts cashier’s checks, company checks, or the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you elect to pay with a major charge or credit card, you authorize the Hotel to bill the charge or credit card for applicable charges.
A non-refundable 15% deposit is due upon signature of this Agreement. It is agreed that one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated balance of all charges shall be due 4 business days (96 hours) before the event, unless payment is made via check. In such instance, all checks must be received by the Hotel ten (10) days prior to event. All payments received are being applied to your balance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should it be necessary for you to cancel your event after a contract has been signed, the Hotel will be entitled to liquidate damages based on the following scale:
More than six months prior to the event date:
An amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated food, beverage and meeting room revenue based on the minimum estimate in attrition section of contract.
More than 90 days to six months prior to the event date:
An amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the estimated food, beverage and meeting room revenue based on the minimum estimate in attrition section of contract.
90 days to 30 days prior to the event date:
An amount equal to seventy – five percent (75%) of the estimated food, beverage and meeting room revenue based on the minimum estimate in attrition section of contract.
30 days or less prior to the event date:
An amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) or of the estimated food and beverage meeting room revenue based on the minimum estimate in attrition section of contract.
