PAY $300 Booking Deposit to secure your event date. Final balance of $500 is due 21 days prior to the event date.
This is our basic private party package that includes decor & vendors from 8pm to 12am. Package includes up to 12 themed linen covered tables, Up to 125 spandex chair covers and sashes, 12 centerpieces, Level 1 DJ for live mixing your favorites tunes, Level 1 lighting, small balloon cluster for cake table or photo backdrop, 50 custom invitations designed & printed, and 1 cake or photo backdrop with custom banner. This package requires client to provide food and beverages for guests.

Terms and Conditions
For all events, a $375 deposit is due at the time of booking; and, the entire balance of event expense is due 30 days (4wks) before the event. If the event is in less than 30 days 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the event. No date will be held without a deposit.
Upon request, Esyntial Elements is able to provide assistance with other needed vendors to include Minister, Wedding Stationary & Favors, Decorating and Limousine services (for additional fees).
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required at the signing of the contract. If a client decides to cancel the event WITHOUT rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancelations within in 24 hours of booking with no intent of rescheduling will be refunded in full. A client may reschedule to any date as long as the date is available and costs remain the same.

Final guest numbers must be finalized and provided a minimim of 21 days prior to the event.

Photo Slide Show, custom invitation design, and save the date card creation.
